Academic Integrity Statement & Terms & Condition
The basic commitment of a professional international educational platform is to search for and to communicate the truth, as it is honestly perceived. ALL IN ONE-ACADEMY could not accomplish its purpose in the absence of this demanding standard. To the extent that this standard is respected, a genuine learning community can exist. Students of this training platform are called upon to know, to respect, and to practice this standard of personal honesty. Instructors apply and teach various subjects (Languages courses, IT courses, and Personal Development courses), which subjects are initially approved by the board of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from Academy. The students (the clients) register, and enroll for the course of their choice and are charged during checkout for the selected course and then start learning. The platform provides On-Demand Video, and also Live Class based on the instructor course and availability of the students enrolled. Upon completion of the training course, each student (if requested) receives a certificate of completion that proves s/he has acquired the necessary skills within that subject. The students are encouraged to register online specially amidst these unprecedented periods. Also, plagiarism is a serious form of violation of the standard that govern the Academy. Plagiarism is the appropriation for gain of ideas, language, or work of another without sufficient public acknowledgement and appropriate citation that the material is not one's own. It is true that every thought probably has been influenced to some degree by the thoughts and actions of others. Such influences can be thought of as affecting the ways we see things and express all thoughts. Plagiarism, however, involves the deliberate taking and use of specific words and ideas of others without proper acknowledgement of the sources. ALL IN ONE-ACADEMY wish to make it clear that the following acts are regarded as serious violations of personal honesty and the professional training ideal that binds ALL IN ONE-ACADEMY into a learning community:
Submitting as one's own:
The critical issue is to give proper recognition to other sources. To do so is both an act of personal, professional courtesy and of intellectual honesty. Plagiarism on the part of a student in academic work or dishonest examination behavior will result minimally in the instructor assigning the grade of "F" for the assignment or examination. In addition, all instances of academic dishonesty must be reported to the appropriate officer of ALL IN ONE-ACADEMY. The appropriate officer may constitute a hearing board to consider the imposition of sanctions in addition to those imposed by the instructor, including a recommendation of expulsion, blacklist, depending upon the seriousness of the misconduct..
Course/Tutoring Policy
All In One-Academy provides private tutoring for students on its platform. All In service is available to any user who was once students or currently enrolled in one or more classes at All In One-Academy. In engaging the services of the tutoring/learning, the student enters into an agreement with All In One-Academy. The tutor is the instructor who provides the services of teaching at All In One-Academy. All In One-Academy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions as may be required by its privacy policy at any time. The reasonable efforts will be made to inform both students and tutors of any such changes, after which time any continued use of services will constitute acceptance of these changes.
Acceptance of these terms
After contacting All In One-Academy or a tutor to arrange and upon selection of the tutor and confirmation, the student will be considered to have accepted these terms in their entirety. All In One-Academy undertakes to make this clear. The tutor is responsible to set their own price, availability, and skills prior to the commencement of tuition or in discussion with the student:
Unethical Practice
All In One-Academy does not tolerate any practice that could be interpreted as dishonest or plagiarism or a violation of intellectual property rights, and will not condone the tutor's actions if they are deemed to constitute an inappropriate level of involvement in a student's work:
Tutoring/Courses Fees
The tutor sets his or her own amount for the course/service. However, all payments are made through All In One-Academy. In doubt, and before accepting a student, the tutor should verify with All In One-Academy if the student has valid payment on file (usually students purchase course before accessing course content). Students should register on All In One-Academy and enroll in a course. Student are charged immediately during checkout and then can go to the course and start learning. There are several ways to make payments on Academy platform and students are encouraged to use the methods of their choice.

Payment Methods
The acceptable payments methods to all users are listed during checkout on the Academy website.
Payout Fees
The payout (instructor revenue) are processed via PayPal or bank transfer or acceptable payment set by the instructor. Instructor needs to set their account and specify which payout methods they prefer. Failure to define that will result in delay in payments
Missed Lessons
Because the nature of the live/coaching sessions is to improve the students’ performance and to further their learning, it is pertinent that the student attends regularly and on time live lessons.
Communication
The tutor or the student reserves the right to stop the service should any misconduct arises from any part which includes no-shows, or lateness or no communication
Location
The instructor and student mutually agree on a location for the tutoring or class (usually will be Live class). Please ensure that nothing can disrupt the tutoring sessions.
Instructor Courses Progress
If a student has any concerns about a tutor's progress or a tutoring/live session or video content, please contact All In One-Academy immediately or report the course.
Attendance
Instructors are advised to set up live meeting agenda so that students can be informed. Alternatively, instructors can contact students enrolled, no less than 24 hours in advance should a live session need to be scheduled or rescheduled
