I have been teaching English online from Cotonou, Benin and in person for year. After spending over 5 years in Accra, Ghana learning English and studying Human Resource management in English which included how to motivate and communicate.
I then worked in an environment of sharing ,motivating, and leading and I've been working in an online language Institute for one year now. I found passion in coaching and motivating my students not just by teaching them English but also creating a comfortable learning environment.
I work together with my students to uncover and address their individual needs ,strenghts and areas of misunderstanding , all based around the main goal of a language :the ability to effectively express oneself and communicate with others .I view my role as a teacher and coach, there to present ,clarify ,and challenge the student in their learning process.
